Leadership Deep Dive Retreat

What is it?

A personal one-day retreat in a serene, peaceful setting working alongside an experienced leadership coach to consider your personal vision, leadership style and how you can be ‘at your best’.

The Leadership Deep Dive Retreat has been specifically designed to support personal reflection and growth, and to enhance awareness of how to maximise your leadership impact. The approach is grounded in evidence-based leadership theory and psychology, and includes time for deep introspection, leadership coaching and training, personal wellbeing and facilitated exercises.

What is included?

1) Pre-Work

  • A psychometric such as Hogan Personality Inventory or Insights Discovery to understand your current style
  • A 360-degree feedback exercise (optional) to seek feedback from colleagues
  • Reflective exercise focused on understanding your purpose and personal values

2) One Day Retreat

This takes place in the Runnymede, Surrey area.

  • Facilitated session with experienced leadership coach to reflect on your personal leadership style, vision, values and goals
  • Structured time to support personal reflection in nature
  • A personal wellness component designed to support you to maximise this ‘pause’ in your journey – this may include a yoga session, a therapeutic massage, an outdoor run /swim or mindfulness session
  • All refreshments including lunch

Please note that overnight accommodation can be arranged if required.

3) Follow-Up Coaching Session

You will have a follow-up coaching session with your leadership coach 4-6 weeks post the retreat to re-visit the outcomes from your Leadership Deep Dive, which is an opportunity to further bolster your insights and desired way forwards.

  • A plan / way forwards to support you to maximise your impact
  • Understanding of the areas you need to hone to achieve your desired impact and strategies to support this
  • A deeper understanding of what makes a ‘great’ leader and how you can use this to enhance your personal leadership
