What is it?

A powerful personal development programme which is designed to work deeply to improve confidence and self-esteem. We can often get in the way of ourselves being ‘at our best’ so this programme is ideal for anyone who feels they might be holding back; struggles with self-doubt; is grappling with an inner critic or limiting beliefs; or generally feels they would benefit from enhancing their sense of self-worth.

The programme draws on evidence-based theory to enable deep introspection and sense-making; and then identification of strategies and tools to support specific needs. Depending on individual needs, the process may include cognitive behavioural frameworks; strategies to manage an inner critic, feelings of being an imposter or self-limiting beliefs; or consideration of different states and the patterns underpinning these.

The programme comprises two phases: the first is a series of 3x one-to-one sessions and guided exercises designed to support deep introspection and identification of strategies and approaches to help you improve your self-belief and confidence. We then commence the second phase, comprised of 2x one-to-one sessions, once you have put the strategies and approaches into action. The second phase provides the opportunity to reflect on progress and further clarify your way forwards. We measure your self-perception and belief at each stage of the process.

Psychometrics can be included within the process to support self-exploration and / or evaluation of personal strengths.

What is included?

1) Pre-Work

  • A set of in-depth self-discovery exercises to support self-exploration and the factors that affect your self-esteem and confidence.

2) Phase 1: The Deep Dive

  • 3 x one-to-one sessions and guided exercises structured to support:
  • Deep Introspection: self-exploration and reflection to consider your self-esteem and confidence at a profoundly deep level.
  • Identification of Confidence-Building Strategies and Tools: use of evidence-based theory and tools to determine how best to build your confidence and self-esteem, and consolidation of a personal action plan.

3) Phase 2: Reinforcement & Growth

  • 3 x one-to-one sessions and guided exercises structured to support:
  • Insight Consolidation: review of the impact of the strategies and actions, and identification of what is working well and areas which need further attention.
  • Personal Action-Planning: further refinement to your personal action plan with tools and resources to support this.

Each session is supported by personalised exercises to support consolidation of insights and learning. Confidence and self-esteem is measured at each stage.
