I am a qualified, accredited business coach with over 15 years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector.
Through my leadership and coaching expertise, I am able to bring a unique perspective to my clients. I pride myself on supporting individuals and teams to do their best thinking and turn that into meaningful and impactful change to optimise potential. I offer a highly bespoke coaching service at a 1-1 level, or within a team setting. I bring creativity, empathy and practicality into my into my coaching to support thinking, idea generation, action-planning and ultimately personal accountability.
I qualified as a coach with the Henley Business School and am accredited with the International Coaching Federation. I am a member of the Association for Coaching, International Coaching Federation, International Society for Coaching Psychology and the Henley Centre for Coaching. I undertake regular continuing professional development (CPD) and coaching supervision.
My clients have ranged from FTSE100 to SME and span a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical, health and entertainment. I have extensive experience coaching within the NHS – both clinical and non-clinical roles.
